Salus
The retreat

A stay shaped around you.

Salus lives inside Dash Box Wellness Hotel in Cyberjaya: a working hotel with its own rooms, restaurant, pool, gym and spa. Guests stay in private, comfortable rooms with a clinical team close by, and practise recovery in a living community rather than a closed ward.

Arrival

It begins with understanding.

In the first days, our team takes time to understand you properly: a medical review, a psychiatric assessment and a psychological one. These lead to a diagnosis, and the diagnosis decides the therapy, drawn from SFBT, CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused work. The plan is written with you, reviewed every week, and changes as you do.

01

Medical review

How the body is doing, what it needs first and whether any medical support is required to be safe and comfortable.

02

Psychiatric assessment

Mood, sleep, anxiety and anything else that may be sitting underneath, so nothing important is missed.

03

Psychological assessment

Patterns, history and strengths. What has helped before, what has not, and what matters to you.

A day at Salus

A rhythm the body can trust.

Days are structured without being rigid. The pattern below is typical; it is adapted to each guest.

  1. 07:00

    Morning

Light movement, breakfast, a short check-in.

  2. 09:00

    Individual session

One-to-one with your psychologist or counsellor.

  3. 11:00

    Group

Small-group work with people who understand.

  4. 13:00

    Lunch and rest

    Nourishing meals and unhurried time.

  5. 15:00

    Afternoon

Wellness activities, family sessions or medical review.

  6. 18:00

    Evening

Dinner, reflection and an early night.

The programme
90days

Long enough for change to take hold. Short enough to return to life.

RM7,000

per month, all-inclusive

Four phases. Progression is by readiness, not by the calendar.

  1. 01

    Restore

Safety, sleep, routine. The body steadies.

  2. 02

    Connect

Therapy begins. Family, belonging, safe relationships.

  3. 03

    Participate

Activity, skills, contribution. Recovery practised in a real community.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Identity, autonomy and the plan for continuing care at home.
